These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teep mobile application and related services. Teep is a product of Seamaco Technologies ("we", "our", "us"). By using Teep, you agree to these Terms.

All transactions require PIN confirmation. Once confirmed, transactions are processed and may not be reversible. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient details and amounts before confirming a transaction.
Teep may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. We will notify you in advance of any changes to our fee structure.

Teep is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you've paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If you have a dispute regarding a transaction or our services, contact us at support@teephq.com. We will work to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Teep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
